For all purchases made from 11/5/20 to 12/31/20 - the return period shall be extended to 1/30/21.

Products may be returned or may be replaced/repaired under Warranty Coverage

Returns are eligible for store credit only, no exceptions. No refund shall be issued for any order except by store credit. We offer 15 day returns on every item we sell unless otherwise noted. The 15 day time period begins at the delivery date. Any return must be confirmed to be sent into transit within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date, or it does not qualify. All returns must be authorized, and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization code. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, and all shipping fees and taxes are also deducted. We will waive all or part of these fees in cases of incorrect merchandise received, or damaged/defective merchandise received.

Please Note: Any item that is eligible for return may also be eligible for warranty coverage. This may apply even after the 15 day return period has expired.

Warranty Coverage

Every item we sell is backed by our warranty coverage unless otherwise noted. We will repair or replace any defective or damaged item for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Certain items may include an extended warranty coverage time beyond this 30 day period, and if so, this will be noted in the item description. There are no additional fees for any valid warranty claim. Shipping both ways will be covered by us, and there are no restocking fees.
Procedure for Returns
To return merchandise either for return or for warranty coverage (repair/replacement), log into your customer login on our website. Please note: if you purchased as a guest, a customer account was still created for you, and a temporary password to login was sent to the email used for your order. You may also use the forgot password link if needed, to reset your password.
Once you log in, go to your order history to view all orders you have placed. Find the order that contains any item(s) you wish to return and then you will see a list of the items in the order. Simply choose the item(s) you wish to return and click on the option to request a return. Your request will be reviewed, and once processed, an RMA will he emailed to you. If your return does not qualify, further details and/or info will be sent to you. Return requests typically take 24-72 hours to process, but may require additional time in some instances.
Processing of Returns
Receipt of returned merchandise is the first step in the return process. Please note, that  after the merchandise is received, it must be reviewed, tested, and processed. This process may typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days, but in some cases, it may require additional time.
Returns for store credit - once the return is fully processed and approved, store credit will be issued, less a 15% restocking fee, and less all shipping fees and taxes. These fees may be waived, at our discretion, in cases of incorrect or damaged/defective merchandise received. No refund or credit shall be issued in any form other than store credit - no exceptions.
Warranty Coverage - once the return is fully processed and approved, then repair/replacement warranty coverage will be activated. This process may involve repairs to an existing product, or replacement of the product. This process may require additional time for replacement parts, servicing, and repair or replacement related tasks. We make every effort to complete every warranty claim within 7 business days. However, there is no guaranteed delivery time for any replacement or repaired product to be sent back to the customer. Some repairs/replacements may require extended time for completion in some instances. In any instance where we are unable to provide repair/replacement, or where providing any repair/replacement will result in unreasonable delays, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of processing the warranty claim.

Once a return is received, reviewed, and approved - it is fully processed and then store credit is issued. Store credit will be issued in the form of a code sent to the customer via email. 

Using Store Credit

Using store credit is very simple - just log into the account you used to place your order. Then add any item or items you wish to purchase, to your cart, and proceed through checkout. There you will see an option to enter a coupon/voucher code - and you simply enter your store credit code in that box and then click apply. It may be used partially, for example you may use $50 store credit to purchase a $100 item, and then pay the remaining $50 at checkout. Or you may use it partially, for example a $50 credit can be used to purchase a $20 item, with $30 credit remaining. Store credit never expires. Sometimes a customer may not be able to find an item or items they are interested in, so we also make every effort to try to help people get something that they want - in some cases we can offer or add items not shown in active inventory, so just contact us with your special request for any product(s) and we will do our best to try to accommodate you.
