PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED
Debit and Credit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover - all cards with any of these logos are accepted
- Gift Cards: We accept any gift card with the American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover logo on it - but the card must have a registered billing address attached to the card - and the order must be shipped to that billing address attached to the gift card. If not, then the card may not be accepted.
We ONLY ACCEPT UNITED STATES BASED CARDS - WITH CONFIRMED UNITED STATES BILLING ADDRESSES ON FILE WITH THE CARD ISSUER.
We cannot accept any foreign card, or any card without a billing address (the address where they mail the monthly statements to) in the United States.
SHIPPING TO THE CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS ONLY
For security reasons we can only ship orders to the confirmed billing address on file with the card issuer (this is the address where the monthly statements are sent to). This virtually eliminates any chance or fraud and protects the cardholders for any unauthorized transactions. We understand that sometimes a customer may want to send a gift to someone or use an alternate address where he or she may be staying temporarily - but for security reasons THIS IS NOT PERMITTED. If you want to use any alternate address other than the confirmed billing address on file with the card issuer - then you need to contact your bank or card issuer and either add the alternate address or update the address.
IMPORTANT: If we receive any order requesting for the shipment to be sent to an alternate address other than the billing address on file, we also reserve the right to contact law enforcement to alert them of possible unauthorized activity - and to also alert the card issuer of possible unauthorized activity which may result in the card being blocked or canceled.
We reserve the right to request further verification for security reasons for any order, including but not limited to: a Government issued ID, a scan of the card being used for payment, or other verification documentation, prior to final approval of any order. it is our obligation to take any and all steps necessary to fully verify each payment, and to prevent and deter fraudulent activity and unauthorized payments - so these steps may be necessary in some instances to approve any order or payment.
DECLINED CHARGE/ORDER - PENDING CHARGE SHOWN
In order to verify a card, it is run through a verification system to verify that the billing address entered, matches what is on file with the card issuer or bank. In some cases, this may result in a pending "charge" shown on the card (on an online statement, for example) - but THIS IS NOT A CHARGE. The pending hold will simply post back to the card within a few business days. We do not control this time frame in any way - the card issuer does, so please do not contact us requesting we "put back" the amount to the card, or that we "cancel the pending charge" because for any declined charge, it is already immediately canceled, and posted back on our end, nothing is done manually, or can be done manually - it is simply a matter of how fast your card issuer actually removes the pending charge, or posts back the amount of the charge back to your available limit or available balance.
